THB 0.00

The conceptualization of this house revolved around three main priorities — privacy,  managing external elements such as heat and noise from neighboring areas, and providing a unique spatial experience given the lot constraints.

The form consists of staggered blocks that have been strategically oriented to obscure its view from the public. Thus, establishing its unassuming yet distinct facade borne out of specific project needs.

Nestled in a 140 sqm sqm lot, this home still offers a sense of openness through high ceilings and seamless indoor-outdoor connection, reinforced by its skewed footprint that opens opportunities for pocket gardens.

The users are first greeted with a patio and a lush landscape. As we venture inside from the rigid exterior, we witness the contrasting shift into softer volumes with the use of curves as well as the play of light that brings out the textural dimension of the space.

Seamless transition and homogeneity are the protagonists of this home, carefully curated to establish a light, open, and airy atmosphere while still maintaining a balance between openness, privacy and protection against external elements.
