The overall design of the house revolves around a  simple premise— to use subtle changes in levels (instead of enclosures) to control varying degrees of privacy, sound and interaction among users while having common areas as easily accessible transition spaces.

At one glance at the facade, the program, flow and intentions behind the house design are straightforward and clear.

Having a site with a 144 meter beach front, the house stretches horizontally establishing views and connections to the sea in all spaces. The slim rectangular nature of the whole development perfectly catches the Amihan and Habagat winds with all spaces having openings on two sides.

Lastly, a lapping infinity pool extends and floats beside the living spaces towards the beach.
